MentalHealth.gov states Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
These times we are facing from Covid-19 to job lost and having a hard time making ends meet to put a meal on the table can put a burden on the best of us. I wish I had a magic wand to make it all go away and sprinkle a little of love around to combat the social distress the country is facing. Since I cannot do that let me do what I can. Did you know engaging in a general conversation does wonders for stress. Let us start there, we all need the comfort of knowing someone is there, let me be that someone.
